Gosh it's been a very long while ey?
Anyways.
I should prolly update more often... but I'm just so lazy and Facebook is like oh so much more convenient!
Therefore. Uhh. Dunno.
Uhh. 2009 has been INSANE so far. The things I've gone through and it's only the first quarter! Sheez! I suppose TooTs and drama really do go hand in hand ey? Hehehe.
I digress.
What I really wanted to say was, it's amazing what make up can do to people.
The end.

Main sejuk best!
Eh, betul ke?
Main sejuk datang untuk matahari pecah tahun ni?
Ye ke?
Boleh percaya ke?
6 Februari jauh lagi tu - nak tunggu barisan persembahan lengkap daripada pihak penganjur.
Jahanam jugalah konsert nenas kerana melewat-lewatkan pengumuman tersebut. Temph harga burung awal cuma untuk beberapa hari sahaja lagi, mana sempat nak tunggu 6 Februari?
Muahahaha. Cakap aje lebih, macamlah nak pergi. Lagipun, bajet konsert awal tahun akan dilaburkan ke konsert si gadis payung.
Hujung minggu datang lagi. Hari Isnin ni ke ofis, pastinya parah kerana seminggu cuti. Sekarang pun dah terasa malas yak amat! Hari-hari bangun tidur pukul 2pm tidur pukul 4 am. Macamana nak dapatkan tempo semula?
Dilema pokok pisang lah!
Oh, dan pasal coretan sebelum ini, ternyatalah aku ni paranoid!

Playing Scrabs at 4 in the morning to get my mind off things.
The paranoia within refuses to shut up, filling my mind with all sorts of thoughts. I fear that the worst has happened.
I wish it was already 9 am so I can prove myself wrong. I really hope this is just the paranoia talking.
Please God, please God, please prove my paranoid self wrong.

Sniff sniff!
I smell a rat!
No, not really.
First things first.
Gong Xi! Gong Xi!
Happy Chinese New Year, hope this year is an Ox-picious one for all!
Okay, now that's out of the way... updates!
Lemme see.
Things are fairly the same except that it's a lot more hectic and the rest is the same ol' same ol' lah. I sure as hell miss blogging. Writing endless paragraphs of senseless crap. Aih, where have the good ol' simple fun gone? But now that I'm on a week long break with nothing much to do and no one to see, I might as well make this a long one eh?
Or not.
Dunnow. We'll see how this goes.
KL during CNY is heaven. The roads are empty, malls are empty, it kinda reminds me of SP. Wouldn't it be fun if KL was always this empty? But then again, KL wouldn't be KL without the congestion and all that people. However, this emptiness is working to my disadvantage. Because of the long break, all my friends (or at least, all those whom I wish to hang with) are out of town. Some have gone out of the country (lucky biatches), others are spending quality time with family.
And so that leaves me alone - all by me lonesome self. Fortunately, I have a shitload of DVDs to watch, wi-fi and a bagful of work to accompany me! Oh frabjuous joy!
Thank God I decided to fix my wifi on Friday. Otherwise I'd be short of attempting suicide (woo hoo worldwide suicide).
Oh oh oh. I've gone blonde. Ugh, don't ask! Major horror story courtesy of over enthusiastic hairdresser. I'm not really that blonde, I've just got blonde highlights. It was cheap though. My hair is considerably long and together with the haircut, it only came up to RM150. Not bad lah. I wanted brown but I got blonde instead. It's getting mixed reviews - some like it, some hate it. Me? I've grown to terms with it. Prolly needs me to change my make up a bit but oh well, change is always good, eh?
However, most of the folks at work have started calling me "Blondie". Such affection!
But wait - I heart my colleagues, despite their dysfunctionalities and mental cases.
That's another story for another day lah. Whether or not that day will come is also another story lah.
Ahahahah "Friends" always gets me laughing hard. I swear to God, I can watch "Friends" over and over again and not get bored of the jokes. Aih, I am such a loser.
I was almost tempted to go watch a movie by myself just now. Didn't happen lah, coz I was too friggin' lazy to pop into the shower and make myself presentable to the world. It's almost 9pm and I haven't showered... nor have I brushed my teeth! Hahaha. Grossed out yet? Oh you'd better be grossed out! Mwahahahaha!
Emm margaritas. Emm. Now I feel like going to Chili's for a late dinner. Or or better yet - go to TGIF and have the irresistable Mudslide. Emmm deeee-lish. I have an opened bottle of Port in the fridge. Tastes like shit but that should do for now, I suppose. What I really want is a margarita... ooo or better yet - absinthe! Emmm yummy.
Bla bla bla.
Okay bye.

Superman can't walk!
Wooh.
Been a while, ey?
Anyways, Happy New Year all! 2008 was really, really short. I bet '09's gonna be much shorter. Anyhoo.
I return to Xanga only to find that a large number of my favourite bloggers have shut down their blogs.
Oh well!
Okay. Happy New Year. Have a good one. See ya at the end of the race!

Just because you graduate from school so high in the gene pool, thats your point of view...
Sing with me!
But when you're broken down and no one else is around
You'll come running back to this town and I'll be there, yeah I'll be there
Cause I remember how we drank time together
And how you used to say that the stars are forever
And daydreamed about how to make your life better
By leaving town, leaving town...
Okay glad that's out of the system! It's been in my head since last nite!
I can't believe it's only Wednesday! The week has been awfully long and dreadfully painful! Too early mornings, too late nights and a too crazy and hectic schedule. But whine as I may I still like what I do and so that's that then.
The weekend saw me running around town like a headless chicken hunting for treasures and solving ridiculously difficult clues. It was our first shot at treasure hunting and I think the four of us make a good team. And because we had so much fun in this motor hunt, we've already made plans to join next year's hunt (and possibly any other hunts in between)! I actually didn't realize it until the motor hunt that I am actually pretty OK with word puzzles. I'm no Robert Langdon but give me a bit of time to brush up my skills and bada bing bada boom enter Miss Robert Langdon - with boobs! We didn't win big as anticipated (ha ha) but we received a couple of vouchers for hotel stays and buffet dinners etc. So I suppose, that ain't so bad then. It was fun. Seriously it was. It was really tiring though! But I can't wait for next year's hunt!
Anyways, thanks to my friend Ayu, I received an invite to catch the special preview of Madagascar 2 yesterEve. I think I kinda owe Nuffnang a review for the flick since they organized the event but I'm not sure if my review will be fair since I slept halfway through the animated flick. But I suppose I could say that it's predictable, like most movies. Same old dialog, same predictable funny line, same ol' sappy moments, just the same ol' tune. I suppose if I had been less lethargic I would've probably had a better experience, but then again, you never really know!
Ah well, I'll slot the review in another entry.
For now I have a shitload of work to do and it's only 7.30am.
Jeez Mareez!

Feed my Frankenstein, hungry for love and it's feeding time!
Happy Halloween everyone!!!
While the rest of the world will be out trick or treating, dressing up (or down) for a kooky party, I'll be at home watching all the Halloween specials on TV!
Hahah! I have NO LIFE!
Anyways, after spending a few nights at a few of my friends' places, I went home last night disappointed to find a huge pile of dishes in the sink. I could've sworn I already did them. That made me trace back my steps and actually, I never did do the dishes before I went all nomadic. It was only a DREAM. Fucknamit. I never thought dreams could seem so real!!!
Now the other thing I discovered last night is this - mixing raspberry flavoured ice cream with Coke Light is a seriously bad idea because the entire concoction tastes like cockroaches. Not that I've ever tasted roaches before but I'm assuming that's how roaches would taste like. So yeah, take note of that people and remember, you have been warned!!!
I was crushed to learn that Henry and Bernie got booted out of the Amazing Race Asia. I was silently rooting for them. Dammit. Of courCe I am happy to see that the Ida-Tania team shoot up to third place but I really wish it was them who got the boot instead. I mean to be fair, they haven't been THAT good throughout the race. I suppose they've got Lady Luck on their side and on last night's episode, Henry and Bernie spent way too much time bickering! They could've beaten the Sam and watsisname team if they didn't waste time at the MASKargo terminal arguing about the strategy. Just do it already lah! But no point crying over spilt milk!
Oh oh oh oh!
I cut my hair last weekend. I hated it initially coz the idiot hairstylist went OTT with the trimming and the layering, but I suppose after a week of sporting this 'do, I've kinda grown accustomed to it. Some people say it makes me look like a school kid while a buncha folks at work says it makes me look sweet, more approachable and not as edgy. Hahaha. What? Me? Edgy? Nooooo wayyyy!!!
The weekend ahead looks rather hectic. But it will also be loadsa fun. So am looking forward to it!
But for now I have deadlines to catch (ha ha nothing new there) and a coupla Scrabble games to finish and also, I need to break my own high score in Pathwords and I also need to catch up with a few friends online to ask for some small favours!!!
My, my, my! Looks like it's gonna be a busy, busy Halloween for me!!!
Hope you have a good one!

Oh yuck yuck yuck yuck yuck yuck!
I think I accidentally had something that has pork in it!
My mouth feels funny.
Eeyeuw eeyeuw eeyeuw.
Even the mint's not helping!
So this marks the second time I ate pork by accident.
The first when I was 6, I ate pork sausages thinking they were chicken.
Oh well!
(No offense intended to those who do eat pork.)

Gimme an "L" - Lemme hear you scream loud!
Ya ya ya it's the bloody radio station's fault now I've got that song wedged way deep into my head.
Tsk.
Such annoyance!
Anyways, it is yet another Friday in this endless year of many, many long days.
Quite an observationalisticismness I would say! I don't think it gets anymore obvious than that though. But TooTs will be TooTs and that's that.
Ah. I wonder oh wonder why is it that for the past two days, I haven't been able to get tickets to my kid brother's play. Tsk. I'm very intrigued to see because my brother is a very quaint character. It's showing at KLPAC now and he wrote one of the plays. All this while I've only heard him talk about producing a play and now he's actually done it. So of courCe I want to see what my Adik Ketot has grown up into! I'll prolly try over the weekend, if I'm around.
If you're wondering "How come the kakak terchentadan terbaik dan termanis didn't get complimentary passes?courtesy of Mr Scriptwriter???" Dangnamit, I'm wondering too! He didn't actually allow me to go watch it. In fact he didn't even tell us about the play, we found out through KLPAC's website. Ohdon'tyoujustlovetechnology?!
I don't get it. I was speaking to a colleague of mine who is also artsy fartsy and all things fancy. He said even he wouldn't invite his family to his gigs or performances. I just don't get it. Why? All you artsy fartsy and all things fancy peeps please enlighten me. Why don't you want to share your masterpieces with your family? If I were artsy fartsy and fancy meself, I'd prolly hound my family (well just my kakaks and adik) to come see my show. But then again, I'm an attention whore... so I suppose that doesn't count lah.
Oh well, woteffah reason it may be, I'm still going to catch my brother's maiden play this weekend.
(But my weekend is already so full dangnamit!)
Eeps.
Tutie needs to pee lah.
Okay I'm outta here.
Have yourselves a good weekend, it's long, take it easy or you might gag.
And Happy Deepavali to all!
*heads off to pee and apply blusher for that "healthy glow"*

Eeyeuw eeyeuw eeyeuw!
I need to gorge my eyes out and gargle with soap water.
And prolly not sleep in my bed for a whole week or month maybe.
I dreamt I had sex with the most icky poo yuck ptui man in the world!
And his penis was so small I kept asking if he was using his fingers or if it's even "in" yet.
Yuck yuck.
And all this was happening while we were being chased after mall guards for leaving without paying for parking.
GROSS!!!
Anyways, I'm so sick but I can't go on leave coz I need to cover for my colleague who's on a one week MC.
So that would make her in a slightly shittier condition than me. I'll just keep hanging on I suppose.
And besides, the Kedah blood that flows within has got me chanting
"Kedah, Kedah pantang kalah, walau sakit, demam dan rebah!!!"
Or something like that la...
Right now I'm eating a whole orange, since a little bird told me that Ribena has no vitamin C in it. Tsk.
Of courCe prevention is better than cure and I should've stocked up on the Cs before I got sick... but LANTAK LAH AKU SAKIT LAAA!!!
*pouts*
I want my Mommy.
Or.
No, I just want my Mommy.
*coffs for drama*

No more gas in the rig, can't even get it started.
Harro!
Today we will address the age old issue of "OH MY GOD MY BM IS SO CRAPPY!!!"
Yeah, I'm sure you're quite sick of hearing this but it's my blog and I'll cry if I want to, cry if I want to, cry if I want to! You would cry too if it happened to you.
I bet. If BM were as coveted as French or Spanish or Japanese or any other foreign language deemed cool and "glamorous" by many, I bet all those who claim to have crappy command of the Malay language would be tumbling head over heels to flaunt their fluency.
Kenapa? Tak percaya ka?
Haha. I'm so mean.
C'mon lah! It's not a difficult language lah! The syntax is DEAD simple, no female - masculine, nonsense. No complicated subject + verb agreements, no weird tenses. It's by far the easiest language in the world! Out of the four languages I've learned, BM is the easiest! Although that does not justify the grade I got for my BM paper back in school. Of courCe, I was a lazy student and hated the teacher and the school but that's not the issue!
My point is. It's a shame to see so many people not know how to speak their mother tongue properly.
*sings that Rammstein song with the "this is not my mother tongue" snippet in her head*
The Chinese say "My Mandarin is crap shit." The Indians say "My Tamil is dead rusty." The Malays say "My Malay is like taik lah." Why can't we learn from our Indonesian cousins? Or our Thai neighbors (today we Amelikan a bit oke)? Let's not consider Singapore coz I am really not sure what their mother tongue is. Singlish?
So anyways. It's a shame to say that you have really poor command of your mother tongue. It is still essentially a language and having a good command of any language these days is a huge asset.
Therefore ah chirren, before you go sashaying off with your fancy American or European accents, please go back and beef up your mother tongue!!!
That aside, I am in a bit of a kerfuffle. I'm trying to translate "mobile magazines" into Malay. So far I'm stuck with "majalah bimbit". My mom says it sounds logical enuff to be legit but it sounds so friggin' odd to me!
And the other thing is... major eeyeuw alert.
Zach Effron, the faggot from teen soft porn "High School Musical" is gonna replace Orlando Bloom in the next Pirates of The Carribean movie!!! Gross! Oh so I guess, this means Vanessa "I'm so nasal" Hudgens is gonna play his major squeeze as well la then? Gag. Might as well call it "High School Musical - The Neverending Cruise". Afro Boy AKA Token Black Kid can jump rope on the decks and Androgenous Girl With Hat can lug her piano along and whip up a tune whenever she fancies. Then Blondie With Attitude can do her whole "burr-burr" routine to scare off the enemies.
Gag me and call me Marty lah!

Who gives a fuck about an Oxford comma, I've seen those English dramas too...
I'm actually quite, quite sick today. My body is aching all over.
I had a fever last night and early this morning, but once I got into the car, I was right as rain again.
So I decided to ignore the pain and head for work anyways.
But now I'm starting to feel the ache again.
My joints hurt all over! It even hurts to type. I think if it gets really bad, I'll take off early today and rest.
I can't believe at 28 I ache like I'm ten years older. It shouldn't ache this bad... well not yet. I'm still young and nubile.
My immune system should be able to handle this without affecting me.
Tsk.
*glugs down a tub load of vitamin C*
Ya, ya, I know it's kinda too late for vitamin C now, but to hell with it. Let me be at peace with my Ribena.
Man oh man I hate old age.

Love and Hate
One
I love the new features in Gmail! The colorful labels, the new funstuff etc etc! Yeay!
But...
I hate the new Maybank2U. They killed a good thing and now it's a bit more of a kerfuffle to do online banking.
Maybank also needs to seriously handle peak hour traffic better! It's horrible!
Two
I love my friends and I love being a good friend to them.
But...
I hate it when they don't take my advice and keep coming back to me with the same drama!
Three
I love my job.
But...
I hate that some of my colleagues don't have the heart for some of our projects.
Four
I love getting pats on the back for a job well done.
But...
I hate the extra work that comes with it coz it's somebody else's responsibility but I take it on anyways coz I'm a door mat that way.
Five
I love the bloke.
But...
I hate how sometimes I feel like popping him like an annoying zit.
Six
I love how my hair has grown into the style that I want (almost!).
But...
I hate how unruly it can be sometimes.
Time for a haircut!
Seven
I love Fridays!
But...
I hate having deadlines on the last day of the week!

Pack your bags and git gone! You better hurry up!
Dear God,
Please don't let me become a 30 year old makcik when (and if) the time comes.
Amen.
I shudder with fear looking at all my friends who have settled down and have successfully spewed out bratty offspring, slowly turn into makciks. There is no sin in being a hot hoochie momma even with 15 kazillion children in tow.
Their biggest excuse is "I have no time."
There's never such a thing as not having enough time. It's about discipline and proper management.
Eek! The cat.
